fresh breakfast beautiful area unfriendly staff long wait
the breakfast had so much choice and it was always fresh. many different areas outside allowed to lounge and swim, the communal areas inside were beautiful too.
Some of the staff seemed very unfriendly. It was unwelcoming. ordering drinks took a long time at the outside pool bar, it wasn't a welcome experience

i liked that the hotel had direct access to the beach it made going to the sea very simple
the pools closed too early at 6 pm i wanted to swim later because it was so hot at that time in the afternoon it meant i couldn't enjoy the pool in the evening

convenient location friendly staff good variety clean rooms
I found the location very convenient. It was close to the beach, and getting around was easy. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any questions. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. the hotel kept the rooms clean, which i appreciated .
the wi-fi signal was a little weak in certain areas of the hotel, slightly difficult to work remotely at times though it wasn't a major issue.

the staff offered prompt assistance at the reception desk. i noted quick responses to requests. the team seemed genuinely dedicated to, so i felt welcomed.

the pool area included ample sun loungers , the pools maintained a clean condition. the gym featured treadmills and weight machines. various dining options were available, with buffet and a la carte menus.

the room featured a comfortable bed and pillows. a tv offered a range of channels. the air conditioning unit worked effectively! maintaining a pleasant temperature. the bathroom was equipped with toiletries.

indoor pool diverse choices relaxation options
the hotel offered multiple pools, both outdoor and indoor. a spa provided additional relaxation options. meals included diverse choices with much meat, fish, and fruit.
the sauna required a 15-minute advance notice for use, which proved slightly inconvenient.

i found the breakfast to be great (especially the fresh fruit). a wide variety of options were available. the communal areas inside the hotel were beautiful. the hotel's location near the beach was really convenient.
securing a sun lounger by the pool required some early morning effort.

Romantic Getaway!
sports activities favorite spot lovely staff
Our family vacation at this hotel was good. The kids program kept our children entertained with sports activities. The pool was a favorite spot, offering relaxation. I returned every year. Lovely connections with staff and other guests always happened.
The gym felt a bit small. There was not enough equipment for the number of guests at times.

The staff provided warm hospitality and consistent service! Aissa greeted me with a big smile, remembering me instantly. Pablo took the time to let me share the history of the Caipirinha, being very kind.

The location was awesome, providing close proximity to the beach! I liked spending our days on the sun deck by the beach. This was a super relaxing experience with everything nearby.

The food was excellent. I enjoyed the thoughtful birthday gesture of a bottle of Prosecco and a slice of cake. Breakfast had an excellent choice of food. I found the buffet selection okay, with daily changes in some elements.
